1. Product Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

10-Day No-Questions-Asked Return: Return any unused product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
30-Day Quality Guarantee: If you experience quality issues within 30 days, we’ll replace or refund the product.

We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Package and Ship

Securely package items with RMA number and send to our returns address.

Receive Refund

Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

2. Court Booking Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Court booking cancellations are subject to timing-based refund rates to ensure fair access to courts for all players.

Booking Modification

  • Bookings can be modified once without penalty if done 24+ hours in advance
  • Additional modifications may incur a $5 processing fee
  • Subject to court availability for the new time slot
  • Price differences apply for peak vs. off-peak bookings

Weather Cancellations

Indoor Courts: Weather does not affect bookings - no weather-related refunds.
Outdoor Courts: Full refund if facility closes due to severe weather conditions.

3. Refund Methods & Processing

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days to clear in your account
  • Store Credit: Available immediately for future purchases

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund. This is in addition to our 10-day no-questions-asked return policy.

Defective Product Process

  1. Contact us immediately at info@nexcave.com
  2. Provide photos of the defect and order number
  3. We’ll arrange immediate replacement or refund
  4. Keep the defective item until we provide disposal instructions

Shipping Damage

Items damaged during shipping are our responsibility. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranties

All products come with manufacturer warranties where applicable:

  • • Rackets: 6-12 months (varies by brand)
  • • Strings: 30 days from installation
  • • Shoes: 6 months manufacturing defects
  • • Bags: 12 months hardware and zippers

6. Return Shipping & Costs

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping labels for defective products, wrong items shipped, or our error.

Customer Responsibility

Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference returns.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Use trackable shipping methods for returns
  • Package items securely to prevent damage
  • Include RMA number prominently on package
  • Retain tracking information until refund is received

7. Special Circumstances

Bulk Orders

Orders of 10+ items may have modified return terms. Contact our team before purchasing to understand specific policies for bulk orders.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales events are subject to the same return policy unless specifically noted otherwise. Final sale items are clearly marked and not eligible for return.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients can return items for store credit without receipt. Original purchaser information may be required for cash refunds.
